By accessing and using the YekAuto Global website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

YekAuto Global provides a platform for browsing, selecting, and purchasing used vehicles from China for export. Our services include vehicle sourcing, inspection, documentation, and shipping coordination.

3. Vehicle Listings

While we strive to ensure accuracy, vehicle listings are provided for informational purposes. Actual vehicle condition is documented in our inspection reports. We recommend reviewing the full inspection report before making a purchase decision.

4. Pricing

All prices are quoted in USD and represent FOB (Free On Board) pricing unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs, insurance, and import duties are additional and vary by destination.

5. Payment Terms

  • A deposit of 30% is required to secure a vehicle
  • Full payment is due before shipping
  • We accept bank wire transfer and escrow payment
  • Payment terms for bulk orders may be negotiated

6. Inspection and Condition

All vehicles undergo our standard inspection process. Inspection reports are provided for transparency. By purchasing a vehicle, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted the vehicle condition as documented in the inspection report.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the shipping carrier. We recommend purchasing marine insurance for all shipments.

8. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Deposits are non-refundable once a vehicle is reserved
  • Refunds may be issued if a vehicle fails to meet documented specifications
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing

9. Limitation of Liability

YekAuto Global shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific transaction in question.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Guangzhou, China.
