- What can I do during the trial?
- You have 30 days to add vehicle models, customise your website, and create Chinese, English and French pages. No bank card is required.
- Can customers visit my trial website?
- Yes. Share your website address with customers. Trial shops can be shared by their website address but do not appear in platform listings or take part in search promotion. Basic and PRO include a platform shop listing; traffic and search rankings are not guaranteed.
- Do live inventory or auctions require PRO?
- No. Trial, Basic, PRO and existing-contract shops can contact the platform for separate authorization and setup. Buying a plan does not activate these services automatically.
- How many vehicle models can I add?
- There is no model limit. Photos and videos use your plan’s storage allowance. These listings present your vehicle range; live stock listings can be arranged separately.
- What happens when my service expires?
- An active shop’s website stays visible and can receive inquiries. Editing, access to buyer contact details in all past and new inquiries, and shop inquiry notifications pause until service is restored. You can still contact the platform about corrections or privacy concerns.
- How does the PRO domain work?
- PRO includes one standard domain within its limit of three business web addresses. We help register and set it up, confirming the name and future renewal costs with you first.
- How is AI translation usage counted?
- Usage counts the original text characters separately for each target language. Translating 1,000 characters into two languages uses 2,000 characters of the monthly allowance. Failed translations do not count toward used allowance. You can also maintain all three languages manually.
- How do I pay and activate a plan?
- You can currently contact the platform to arrange offline payment. The available methods follow the information provided when you arrange payment. Service opens after finance confirms full payment; uploading a receipt does not activate it. Confirm the plan and service dates before transferring.
