14:30-17:30 | Check-In & Entry, Free Vehicle Viewing and Test Drives

After arriving at the base, customers should proceed to the dedicated check-in area to complete information registration and identity verification. All guests present can receive this anniversary celebration’s exclusive welcome gift.

During the event, the entire exhibition vehicle area is fully open, gathering full-category in-stock vehicles including new-energy models, fuel sedans, SUVs, pickups and commercial transport vehicles, with quality sources from numerous mainstream brands including Toyota, BYD, GAC Motor, Fangchengbao, Geely, Li Auto, Lynk & Co, Zeekr, Aion, Avatr, Volkswagen, Nissan, Chery, Haval, Hongqi, IM Motors, GWM and Xiaomi Auto on concentrated display. 17:30 | The Anniversary Dedicated Auction Officially Opens

When the time comes, the anniversary dedicated auction opens on schedule. A professional senior auctioneer takes the stage to host, introducing in detail the basic condition, configuration highlights and on-site starting price of each vehicle up for auction, one by one. Interested customers present raise their paddles to bid according to the rules, with open and transparent bidding throughout, following the rule that the highest bidder wins.

This auction continues the mature operating model of offering vehicles in batches as needed, scientifically controlling the pace of vehicle release to avoid unsold lots caused by putting out too many vehicles at once, and maximising the probability of on-site transactions. Customers who win the bidding need to sign the vehicle purchase contract and pay the purchase deposit directly on site. The base’s finance team is stationed throughout, supporting multiple payment methods including POS card payments and corporate bank transfers, with the entire signing and payment process completed in one stop — efficient and convenient.

For quality vehicles that fail to sell at the auction, General Manager Liu will set dedicated reserve prices, opening a private negotiation channel for transactions, with continued follow-up with interested buyers, so that not a single quality export vehicle source is wasted.

Once the auction session concludes, it is time for the much-anticipated car lucky draw grand prize of this event. A major physical vehicle grand prize will be drawn on site, with all winning vehicles being quality sources on sale at the base, full of real value.
