Responsibilities
- Receive in-store and online leads; understand customer needs and recommend matching vehicles
- Walk-arounds, test drives, price negotiation and contract signing
- Follow up post-sale including financing, insurance and delivery coordination
- Maintain CRM records and build long-term referral pipeline
Requirements
- 2+ years B2C sales experience, automotive industry preferred
- Familiar with used-car valuation, financing and transfer procedures
- Excellent communication and closing skills
- Valid driver license
